Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Promoting employee engagement programs.
– Handle and mediate employee disputes and complaints.
– Handle resignation and termination procedures, as well as potential legal matters.
– Deal with employment-related legal and regulatory issues such as but not limited to DOLE, NLRC regulations.
– Monitor the contractual and probationary employees due for evaluation and informs the Department Heads to submit evaluation report on time.
– Strictly implement the company policies and procedures.
– Receive and evaluate the incident reports.
– Issuing Notice of Charges and Investigation to employees with violations.
– Conduct Administrative Investigations and Hearings.
– Facilitate disciplinary action to erring employee as per company code of discipline.
– Prepare and send letters to AWOL employees.
– Submit reports to DOLE for the newly hired and terminated employees.
– Conduct exit interview to all resign employees.
– Facilitate the processing of clearance of separated employees.
– Prepare attrition and tardiness reports monthly and submits to HR Manager.
– Perform other special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Applicants must be willing to work in Unit A16 J. King Warehouse Complex Km. 3 Maa Road.
– Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
– Full-Time position(s) available.
