Job Description / Requirements
1. Provides support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
2. Provide staff orientation.
3. Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
4. provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans.
5. Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
6. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
7. Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on human resource and work related issues.
8. Making sure staff have the right pay and benefits.
9. Dealing with complaints and discipline procedures.
10. Promoting equality, and health and safety.
11. Advising on matters like pay negotiations, redundancy and employment law.
12. In-charge for SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig transactions.
12. Perform other related duties as required.
