HR Officer – Sourcing – Makati City – Security Bank

Job Description & Requirements
Responsible for improving and innovating sourcing strategies to ensure continuous pool of qualified talents for the Bank’s various manpower requirements.The function includes the following:
1. Develops new sources of talents to meet the Bank’s manpower requirements through exploring different channels .
2. Establishes and strengthens partnerships and networks with various sourcing contacts.
3. Initiates targeted sourcing of selected individuals within the industry to tap potential candidates for hard-to-find and Senior Officer requirement.

Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
2. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Must be pro-active, solution oriented and highly motivated
4. Must be highly organized and with keen eye for details
5. Experience in the executive seach or banking industry is an advantage
