Hr Officer – Paranaque – PNC Garnet Property Holdings Corp

Job Description / Requirements
The HR Officer is in charge of the following tasks:

– Recruitment and placement of employees
– Conduct employee orientation
– In charge of employee activities (Christmas party, summer/sports activities, trainings)
– Consolidation of leave forms and timekeeping data to be forwarded to head office on schedule
– Assist officers in ensuring employee compliance to company rules and regulations
– Point of contact for employees regarding questions and concerns on payroll, benefits, and other HR matters

Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
– With at least 3 years experience as an HR generalist
– With good customer service orientation and communication skills
– With knowledge in timekeeping, payroll, employee benefits
– Familiar with Philippine Labor Law and the employee discipline process
– With experience in organizing employee events

The position is assigned to our subsidiary, Village Sports Club in Paranaque.
