Responsibilities:
Provides guidance and daily support to management on all human resources activities, such as recruitment, performance review, benefits, training and employee relations, and resolves problems requiring senior site management intervention.

Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Maintains positive employee relations by assisting management in resolving employee relations and communications issues.

Manage and upkeep human resources as according to the needs of the company, enforcing proper administrative processes and documentation to ensure smooth operations and proper human resource allocation for the company.

Payroll Management
• In charge of all matters regarding salary
• In charge of evaluating man hours and efficiency of employees

Employee and Labor Relations
• In charge in cultivating a healthy working culture amongst employees
• In charge of planning and organizing various company activities to foster stronger bonds
• In charge of dealing with employee complaints and concerns, and mediate wherever necessary
• Implement an effective feedback and communication channel
• Define, implement and improve on an effective system for employee benefits, salaries, training, work procedures, as well as coming up with an employee manual
• Develop an effective documentation of employee portfolios
• Others related task
• Helping to manage employee relations as well as communication issues between different departments
• Participate and decision making process, make suggestions on improving Human Resource management, and answer all related queries

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in the field of behavioral science or bachelor of laws.
• With units in Masters in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Has handled Human Resources such as manpower planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and organizational development;
• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws;
• Must have Three (3) years managerial/supervisory work experience
• Candidate must be flexible, hardworking, responsible, honest and can relate to all levels in the organization;
• Must be flexible, team player, honest, hardworking and creative in handling job stress;
• Recommends and establish Company policies, procedures and Code of Discipline
