Job Description / Requirements
Human Resource Tasks:
1. Recommend and execute policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees in compliance with Labor Code.
2. Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs.
3. Plan and facilitating HR activities in the team: contract, recruitment, employee relation.
4. Ensure to develop job descriptions for current/new positions.
5. Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list.
6. Assist the progress of job planning and performance management.
7. Monitor and record employee time sheets and leave requests.
8. Support for procedures or papers relating to personnel or staffing issues.
9. Conduct instruction for staff members about admin and HR procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Preferably female; 25 to 30 years old; Single.
2. Graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology
3. With 2 years experience in handling the same position.
4. Willing to work in Makati City.
