Job Description / Qualifications
 Must be MALE.
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Psychology or other relevant course
 Must have at least 5 years working experience as HR manager handling Recruitment and Training
 Must have experience in payroll and timekeeping
 Must have experience in making of company rules and implementation
 With good communication skills and interpersonal skills
 With passion and high energy in performing a job
 With strong background in recruitment and retention: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
 Must have experience in policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
 Experience in Food and Beverage who can handle 100 minimum employees
