Job Description & Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): hardworking, flexible, proactive.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Payroll, processing of Gov’t mandated benefits, succession and retention planning)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Preferably 5-10 yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
JOB ROLE/ SUMMARY:
Performs Human Resources (HR) services in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment, selection and placement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, records management and personnel actions. Assesses training and developmental requirements of employees; conceptualizes designs, conducts and evaluates relevant training programs in consonance with the vision and mission of the division and provides support in the attainment of the overall objectives of the work unit.
