Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong background in Management and Administration of Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Training
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Can effectively lead a team, keen to details and demonstrate sense of urgency
Wiiling to be assigned and travel in Visayas (Region 6, 7 & 8)
Preferably Female
