Job Description
Plan, direct and coordinates human resource management activities in the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resource and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance. AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR FUNCTIONS: 1. RECRUITMENT Oversees the employment objective of the company. Carries out implementation of manpower recruitment, selection system and procedures. Supervises in identify staff vacancies for recruitment, interview and selection of applicants 2. JOB EVALUATION Manages the process of evaluating and reviewing the work performance and capabilities of the employees with in a given time period. Oversees the evaluation, classification and rating of the job positions. Conducts Exit Interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. 3. SALARIES AND BENEFITS Conducts the annual review of the salary structure of each employee. Ensures that the company pursues the policy of paying each employee fairly and competitively and in compliance with legal requirements. Determines that the company’s position, classification, plan and pay structures are reviewed periodically so that it reflect the above concept on which compensation policy is based. Plans and oversees employee’s activities such as sports events, company outings, Christmas Party and other activities of the company. Facilitates awards and recognitions to qualified employees based on the company set standard of recognitions. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT In-charge in carrying out continuous program in training and development of the employees. Coordinates with the department heads to determine the training needs of their subordinates. Sees to it that it will be addressed adequately, understand, implement and maintain the elements of the quality system which relates to their function in the company. Prepares Training Plan and its corresponding budget for approval of the Managing Director. ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS: Oversees all the activities in the Administration Section Plans, administers and controls budget for contracts, equipment, supplies and other related administrative expenses. Prepares and submits budget preparation, scheduling administrative expenditure, monitoring costs and analyzing variances. Responsible for monthly reporting on the administrative expenses incurred. Contacts with vendor to provide services e.g. manpower service, food/canteen service, shuttle service and other related services. FACILITIES FUNCTIONS: Oversees the activities in the facilities to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained. Manages in leasing of facility space, coordinates with the building owner with regards to the construction and renovations to be shouldered by the owner. Oversees the maintenance and repairs of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical system and coordinates with the contractors on the areas of concerns. Oversees the construction and renovation projects of the company to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental health and security standards and comply PEZA and other government regulations. TQM FUNCTIONS: Oversees the entire process of TQM and implementing systems based on ISO Standards to ensure conformity to standard. Plans and manages activities related to continuance of quality / environmental management; Responsible for the developing, organizing, communicating and promoting the SLP-TQM program, this will includes the identification, development and implementation of required policies and procedures. Ensures the policies of quality / environment management system and information security are being disseminated and implemented at all levels of employees. Ensures compliance is achieved through Management Review, Internal and External audit. Drives continuous improvement actions related to quality and environment management systems and customer satisfaction. In quality management systems, oversees and ensures the continuation of ISO 14001and ISO 9001. Conducts and follows through on customer satisfaction through surveys, and managing of customers complaints. Leads and drives business improvement projects such as Kaizen. Leads and manages the entire Management Review and Internal Audit. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time. OTHER FUNCTIONS ASSIGNED: In-charge in the processing of the necessary licenses/permits needed by the Japanese Executives. ALLIEN EMPLOYMENT PERMIT – DOLE APPLICATION/RENEWAL OF VISA – PEZA & DOJ Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. In-charge in the Labor Relations activities of the company. Coordinates with the Corporate Lawyer on the legislation, arbitration decision and labor issues. Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigation. Represent company in different organizations such as: ASSOCIATION OF LAGUNA TECHNOPARK PERSONNEL AND HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATORS PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILS. CALABARZON CHAPTER SEIPI – ASPA GROUP LAGUNA TECHNOPARK LOCATORS CSR GROUP Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A graduate of BS Psychology, BS Management and other related course
Master Degree is an advantage

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

Proficient in English Communication
Know how in the policies and procedures of the Phil. Labor Law
Has knowledge on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Able to manage complaints and advise management on how to improve business processes
Good analytical skills and able to provide corrective actions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Have at least 3 years experience in supervisory/ managerial position specifically in HR functions.
Experience in Quality and Environmental Management Systems is a must.
Qualified Internal Auditor is an added.
At least coming from a manufacturing firm that is ISO certified company.
