Job Description / Requirements
Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the following:
Candidate must be knowledgeable in handling 201 files of employee
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Knowledgeable in processing Government Mandated benefits such as: SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and BIR
Responsible in issuing Pre-employment Kit (Co. ID, Co. Uniform, Email Address, Bank Endorsement)
Monitoring and Process of documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Monitors the employment status and attendance of the employees
Provides administrative duties (answering the telephone, relaying messages, maintaining equipment and supplies, .
Job Specifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Experience working in high volume recruitment and corporate recruitment is an advantage
Knowledge in MS Office is a must.
Should be flexible, proactive, self motivated, highly organized, result driven, team player and has pleasing personality.
Must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills
Female; Age 23-30 years old.
With at least 2 year experience in the related field
Can work with minimum supervision
