Job Description / Requirements
Performs varied administration and specialized tasks in support of the day-to-day administration support of the employee’s benefit programs, provides administrative support in compensation and assists employees with various benefit related issues, concerns or requests for service in accordance with established policies and regulations.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
With at least 1 year related experience
With good verbal and written communication skills
With good interpersonal skills
Keen to details and deadlines
Results-oriented and flexible
Highly resourceful, integrity and with initiative
maintains confidentiality
