Job Description
Implement HR policy and procedure to alignment with the corporate direction and HR strategy
• Manage and administer recruitment process by recruiting, testing ,interview program ,conducting and analyzing exit interview
• Manage and administer employee wage, benefit & welfare, wellness & health
• Implement and regularly update Human Resource Information System (HRIS) i.e employee database
• Establish, organize management skill & functional skill training & development plan in line with business needs and employee needs
• Build up employee engagement through employee activity
• Regularly update and maintain the organization structure, job description of all positions
• Ensure corporate policy and hostel’s procedure compliance with labor law statutory and all regulatory concerns regarding employees.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resource management, Political Science, Law or any related fields
• Good command of spoken, written and reading in English language
• At least 8- 10 years of human resources management experience in recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefit, labor law , employee activity. hospitality business experience is preferably.
• Ability to work independent with positive attitude, result oriented.
• Able work under time pressure with dynamic environment
• Strong team leader and team player
• Strong communication skill
• Able to solve the problem and troubleshooting.
