Recruitment Background
The client is currently building a manufacturing plant at LIMA Technology Center – Lipa city.
Now is the preparation stage and the Client is scheduled to start operation by January 2023.
The target joining of the Manager is September 1.
September-October 2022:
Preparation for company establishment | Coordinate meetings with consulting firms, accounting firms, and other suppliers | Preparation of company rules / Handbook/policies / Salary structure and benefits.
November-December 2022:
Recruitment for Employees – Supervisor – Managers
January 2023 onwards:
Factory operation.
* Housing allowance is provided depending on the situation.
Job Description
(as START-UP Manager will initially do the legwork)
・Developing company policies, salary table, and benefits
・Management of HRGA department
・Recruiting activities
・Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
・Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
・Conducting performance and wage reviews.
・Building relationships with employees, etc.
・Assistant for Japanese expats (COO, Factory Manager)
・Attending to meetings to assist the Japanese. (Internal and external meetings)
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
HRGA Manager Experience
Work Experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company has a passion to build the company together.
Knowledge of recruitment, HR Labor, and Formulating company policies
If the candidate is Nihongo speaker JLPT level N2 above, it is better, but not required
Compensation 75000
Compensation Range ₱50,000 – ₱80,000
