Job Description
1. Assists top and line management in achieving the company’s objectives of fostering harmonious relationship with its human resource. 2. Oversee activities on selection and recruitment of competent people and provides them with opportunities for advancement and self development. 3. Assist top management in formulating policies and programs that will serve the requirements of the company and administer the same fairly to all employees. 4. Provide technical services such as but not limited to counseling and coaching and assistance to the operating management in relation to their personnel functions in promoting satisfactory work environment. 5. Assists management in providing training and developing the company’s human resources to uplift its competence and productivity. 6. Sees that all employees are treated equally and fairly in the application of company policies, rules and regulations and in services rendered to them. 7. Helps effect organizational changes and development to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. 8. Prepares department’s budget (execution, mikomi, midterm plans) and analyze actual results. Conceptualizes and formulates cost savings measures for the department to support the company in achieving the IBT set by corporate.
Job Qualifications
•Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral or Industrial Relations
•Minimum of ten (10) years experienced in Human Resources and Administration
•Good in report writing and with good communication skills
•Knowledgeable in Labor Laws is a plus factor
•Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
•Team player and can perform independently
•Have strong analytical skills
•With Leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources and Administration
• Have strong mathematical skills
•Familiar in Recruitment and Retrenchment activities
•Knowledgeable in Visa application for Expatriate
•With security job experience
