HR / Admin Associate – Pasig City – Elite Global Sourcing Phil

Job Description / Requirements
HR/Admin Associate is responsible for providing support in the management-level team, the position is also responsible for the collection of new hire pre-employment requirements, perform a variety of tasks related to employee record-keeping within the organization, job offer documents and maintenance and safekeeping of updates of employees’ 201 files. The position often handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide support to HR/Admin Manager and/or Operations Department
2. Monitor employees’ performance and attendance activities along with the HR/Admin Manager
3. Coordinate with the recruitment process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire the right person
4. Compliance in Government Monthly Reporting (SSS/Philhealth & Pag-Ibig)
5. Compliance in the Business Permit processing (new registration and renewal)
6. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field.
2. Fresh graduates with good internship are welcome to apply.
3. Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented, fast learner and organized.
5. Preferably six months of experience in handling end-to-end process of recruitment and other Admin tasks.
6. Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Good team player and requires minimal supervision.
8. Familiarity with PC and Mobile gaming.
9. Requires strong attention to detail.
10. Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
11. CAN START IMMEDIATELY
