Candidate Responsibilities
• Responsible for Content development, upload and overall Quality Control
• Uploading listings acquired from sellers
• Ensuring quality checks on listings being uploaded on the website
• In case of any IT feature not working during upload or in the website in general, be in relation with central teams to report/ fix any bug
• Regularly updating any changes in listings on the website
• Lead and manage employees in the content department.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in software engineering, computer science, (business) informatics, or a related field is preferred
• Strong technical, process and solution orientated skills and mind set required
• Sound leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams and to deliver projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Focus on execution, efficiency and scalability
• Solid IT background and experience with high scale content management systems
• Product Management experience preferred
• Professional with Microsoft Excel and deep understanding of software programs
• Programming skills desired
• Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping industry highly desired

Salary: 30,000 PHP/month
