Qualifications:
– At least 1 year of solid business leadership experience.
– High average numerical skills (Retail Mathematics), analysis of Financial Statements, Profit and Loss, Sales Forecast and Budget Projections
– Must have strong foundation on Retail Store Operations, Merchandising, Retail Accounting, Marketing, Business Development, Organization Development, etc.
– Must have occupied senior/ strategic leadership level from the retail giants (SM, Gaisano, Robinsons, etc.)
– Background in branded boutiques and lifestyle & concept stores, an advantage, but priority is really from retail, department store operations.
– Excellent communication, presentation skills required.
– Must be a strong strategic thinker and understand trends in the retail industry.
– Willing to start ASAP.
– Salary Range: Competitive/Negotiable
