General Manager – Adb Employees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative

Job Description & Requirements
ADB EMPLOYEES’ MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is hiring General Manager.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or any related courses;
– At least eight (8) years relevant work experience is required, experience in a cooperative is an advantage.
– Knowledgeable on RA 9520 of the Philippine Cooperative Code and with the rules, regulations and requirements of the Cooperative Development Authority;
– Familiarity with cooperative operations management, basic accounting functions, policies, procedures and practices;
– Familiar with Windows Applications like Word/Excel/Powerpoint and internet use;
– Good oral and written communication skills and client orientation; and
– Proven supervisory/managerial skills
– Not more than 60 years old

Responsibilities:
– Primarily responsible for reporting to the Board on financial and operational matters, and on issues that need strategic and policy guidance.
– Oversee entire ADBEMC operations;
– Implement personnel and administrative action, investment decisions, and financial planning;
– Ensure that the Cooperative’s goals are met;
– Assists the Board in the development of long term plans; and
-Ensures accuracy of records including accounts receivables, accounts payable, inventory, etc.
