Front Office Staff – Grand Innovasia Concept Corporation

Job Description & Requirements
GRAND INNOVASIA CONCEPT CORPORATION, a company primarily engaged in various business endeavors like business outsourcing facilities, IT Management, travel and tourism, manpower and training, property development, investments, telecommunications, renewable energy and food and beverage, is in search of qualified candidates for the FRONT OFFICE STAFF position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Keeps front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Greets and welcomes guests and clients upon arrival
• Politely confirms the details of guests and clients with confirmed appointments
• Answers questions and address complaints
• Answers all incoming calls professionally and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to concerned parties
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Monitor office expenses and costs
• Take up other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:
• Female, with a very pleasing personality
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• With at least one (1) year of proven experience as front desk representative
• Extensive familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
• Knowledge of office management
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong English communication and skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Above average customer service orientation
• Must be resourceful, proactive and team player
• Must be completely dedicated to work
• Stable, mature, dependable and responsible
• Willing to work in Makati City
• Can start immediately
