“Organi Singapore” is an organic skincare company with very dynamic HR environment. We are looking for result-oriented freelance or home based candidate to build our successful sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
· Manage recruitment activities such as drafting of job description, advertising, sourcing for potential candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, selection and hiring of candidates.
· Developing new channels for finding the right candidate
· Ability to support pre and post recruitment activities
· Fill up positions of sales executives in the company according to the set targets.
· Managed on-boarding process for new hires

Job requirements:
· Experienced with recruitment of sales positions
· Experienced in advertising and sourcing of candidates
· Excellent English communication skills
· Good time management and able to meet recruitment targets
· Self-driven and resourceful in sourcing for candidates
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
