Job Description & Requirements
DESCRIPTION:
Manage the ERP delivery team in the Philippines
Responsible to start building the team and grow up to 100 heads and bigger.
Focus on Japan market and possibly expand to other global and local markets.
Expect to travel to Vietnam upon hire for short training to learn FSoft working processes
Position is based in Cebu, Philippines with frequent travels to Japan.

QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years management experience.
Experience in delivery of ERP projects as a consultant and project manager
Knowledge on Dynamics AX package functionality and technology.
Experience in project delivery to Japanese customers or MNC customers.
Fluent in Japanese language both spoken and written is preferred
