HIRING: ER AND POLICIES ASSOCIATE MANAGER FOR MANILA SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)
Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.
SALARY OFFER/RANGE:70K-95K
WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT
NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
●Graduate of a degree relevant to the position
●Good to Have: Masters in Industrial Relations, Law degree or at least 2nd year in law
●Skills and Work Experience
●Must Have: At least 5 years solid experience in Labor/Employee Relations in the same Industry
●Good to Have: Preferably from a company which has more than 10,000 employees; exposure to all aspects of HR
