Job Description / Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
● Preferably 2 years experienced employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
● Must be detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment.
● Must have excellent listening skills, and be able to handle multiple requests while detailing document activity.
● With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
● Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office Applications.
● (2) Full-time positions available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Responsible for maintenance, storage, cataloging and retrieval of company documents.
● In charge of maintaining the integrity of working documents and updating documentation when revised.
● Responsible for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
● Perform other functions and duties that may be required from time to time.
