RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Listen to customers and comprehend reason for call (e.g., status, trouble report).
2. Professionally answer customer question(s) (e.g., provide order/ trouble status).
3. Guide the customer through a battery of self-help installation and repair opportunities.
4. Perform logical troubleshooting. Document troubleshooting steps and confirm resolution of reported trouble.
5. Service activation support for voice service calling features.
6. Provide affiliated ISP support.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a High school/Vocational Diploma/Bachelor’s or College Degree in any field.
• Candidate must have 9+ months of call center experience.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and listening skills.
• Can type 25wpm net.
• Ability to multitask. Should have the patience and the ability to handle pressure. Good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
• Willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
