CARRHURE was established in March 2012 and is based in Paris, France. It has 2 departments: a consulting and an editing one. Our core business is Consulting Recruitment: CARRHURE is specialized in identifying, evaluating and attracting leaders in the fields of Non Profit Organizations and NGO sectors. CARRHURE consulting focuses on human resource and personal development while CARRHURE Editing utilizes new technologies to provide the best and most innovative approach: CARRHURE Editing’s expertise includes 3D/4D Hologram technology, PPT presentations and website design and redesigning (refreshing existing documents)

Responsibilities
The primary role of the Copywriter is to be responsible for the linguistic content of adverts. To work across a range of media and formats, interpreting account briefs to compose advertorial content such as slogans, catchphrases, tweets and scripts for adverts as well as website contents. Key responsibilities include:
• Write copy for clients’ ads, brochures, TV spots, radio, and other forms of advertising.
• Research the technical properties of products.
• Determine what makes products appealing to consumers.
• Develop unique, new concepts.
• Conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns.
• Work with account executives to determine client needs and budget.
• Work with art directors to create ideas.
• Write clear and persuasive copy for websites, brochures, ads, and other means of advertising.
• Update digital media with timely content.
• Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed or directed by client.
• Respond to feedback in a timely manner.
• Work within tight deadlines.
• Monitor and change advertising campaigns to change effectiveness.
• Check copy for spelling and grammar errors.
• Work the production department to fully develop the advertising campaign.
• Research competitors and keep abreast of market trends.
• Explore different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal elements in tandem with the creative team.
• Write press releases advertising new products.

Candidate Profile
These responsibilities require a strong mix of technical and personal skills, as well as experience with creative presentation of dynamic content in a heavily deadline-driven environment. Key competencies required are:
• Create original work and develop ideas around your chosen themes.
• Write persuasively and in some cases, defend their creative choices.
• Need to have their finger on the pulse, so that their copy is relevant and modern, and understand how people will react to their writing.
• Need to write well: with proper tone, feeling, sentence structure and emotion. Grammar counts.
• Highly creative and imaginative, and curious about clients’ products or services
• Skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
• Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work well in a team and with a range of creative people
• Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
• Highly self-motivated and well organised
• Able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback
• Have an eye for detail
• Possess good leadership, people and project management
