The general objective of the baseline assessment & analysis of the Community-based Health and Disaster Risk Reduction Project is to assess the present quality of life health, and disaster management of the most vulnerable population of all the barangays of Balete and Monreal, Aklan and analyse the baseline results to formulate concrete recommendation in order improve areas of concern in which Community-based Health and Disaster Risk Reduction Project can focus.
