POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Company Nurse
• Give first aid treatments and proper medication to employees as needed
• Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient
• In case of any accidents, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital
• Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
• Examine and make sure that the sick employees submit medical certificate/fit to work
• Maintains medical supplies inventory and purchasing

As Human Resources Associate
• Receptionist
• Employee Coverage and Registration
• Statutory Benefits
• Company Initiated Benefits
• Reports Generation
• Employee Engagement and Performance Management
• Admin Support and other duties as assigned by the supervisor including content moderation for a specific Client

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree, in Nursing and a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
• With at least 1 year working experience in a similar role (Company nurse / HR Associate) preferably in the BPO industry is required for this position
• Good English communications skills (both oral and written). Able to communicate with all levels of authority
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Able to work independently, highly driven, team player
• With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented
• Highly organized with keen attention to details
