CHRS is in need of COLLECTION TEAM LEAD/ SUPERVISOR who is willing to start ASAP .
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· · Communicate with customers by telephone and approved written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to difficult collection accounts.
· · Demonstrate above average verbal communication skills which are required by Clients and company.
· · Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency regarding Client and company collection systems and processes which measurably exceeds minimal
· · Meet or exceed all established goals and Client expectations with respect to debt collections,work quality and customer interaction.
· · Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
· · Demonstrate effective skiptracing techniques by locating customer contact information.
· · Counsel delinquent account customers to assist in finding funds to meet debt obligations.
· · Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations that regulate the collection industry.
· · Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Client and the Company’s policies and procedures.
· · Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
· · Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
· · Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· · High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or if undergraduate, with relevant work
· experience preferred.
· · 6 months of previous collections experience required.
· · Must have intermediate knowledge of collections industry laws, regulations, and processes.
· · Must have strong negotiation skills.
· · Basic computer skills.
· · Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
· · Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
· · Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
· · Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
· · Ability to prioritize and organize work.
· · Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
