Job Description and Responsibilities
Support head management through:
Engaging all staff and customers with our key messages and values
1. Effective management of Branches to support them to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and maintain and improve high levels of customer experience through all retail stores and integration with online/direct sales channel
2. Supporting the Head of Retail through overseeing the Cluster team, processes, structure, environment, resources, demonstrating best practice
3. Communicating effectively with top management, fellow CMs and teams
Management
1. To support the development of all branch managers in cluster and ensure they do the same for their teams
2. Support the focus on training for all SH’s in Cluster and ensure this is developed for all teams
3. To assist in and support recruitment of new team members if required, developing managers to deal with this up to Assistant Manager level
Operations
1. Responsible for supporting SH’s with budgets
2. Assist with adhoc projects as required
3. Liaising with other Cluster Managers to ensure that the retail operations run smoothly, and to targets.
4. To support the opening of new schools people, resources, operational plans
Sales and Customer Service
1. To meet or exceed enrollment targets
2. Ensure that the learning environment in the schools meets APEC standards and creates satisfied parents and students
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s/College Degree BS Management or similar.
5 years work experience required with management experience either in education, retail, and FMCG
Can speak both English and Filipino
Adept with Microsoft Office applications especially excel and word
Passionate about education
