ONE CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION is in need of a CHARITY PERSON! Key responsibilities: • Write copy for sales brochures, media releases, blog posts, web articles, video blogs, social networks (Facebook; Twitter), podcasts, e-newsletters, etc. • Manage marketing and fund raising department, by creating cause marketing campaigns, prepare enticing presentations for corporate sponsors • Work closely with the Managing Director to define strategies and goals for fundraising and public relations. • Innovatively plan, implement, manage and accomplish the development and public relations goals of our organization. • Develop, prepare and oversee effective written materials for use in all development and PR programs, including agency newsletters, annual reports, donor solicitations, website and press releases. • Assume major role in task force that will identify and implement one or two major fundraising activities that can be repeated annually. • Keep volunteers and donors informed on the impact of their contributions. In addition, create and present on a regular basis new opportunities for their support • Must work with the staff, Board members, community volunteers and other groups to support the organization’s vision • Increase funds through researching and targeting charitable trusts whose criteria match the charity’s projects and activities • A passion for children, their well-being and belief in the agency’s mission is a must. • A minimum of 3 to 5 years proven experience in Marketing, fund-raising and development • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including excellent spoken and written communication skills • Computer skills word, excel, publisher, power point, Outlook • Strong grammatical and proofreading skills • Ability to exercise creativity, initiative and good judgment • Background with NGO’s a Must With experience dealing in US NGO’s and Foundations

Working Schedule: Graveyard Shift (9am to 6pm PST or 12mn to 9am Manila Time)
Willing to work in Makati City
