Cash Management Supervisor – Pasig – SEAOIL Philippines

Job Description / Requirements
JOB SUMMARY:
-Manage funds, mmonitor application of payments, DPU arrangement, release government payables, and prepare related reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process application of fuel payments to SPI
– Monthly payment application in SAP for Gazz Up Inc and Serv’ Central Inc.
– Ensure that all payments for the month are applied within WD4 of the following month.
2. Manage Funds of all COCO stations
– Does monitoring for the available bank balances of the station in preparation of transferring funds to Seaoil for payment of fuel orders.
– Ensures that ADB requirement per bank is maintain with average of 1.5 per quarter.
– Transfer funds to SPI twice a week via Online banking, Letter of Instruction (LOI) and manual checks.
– Sends report for the summary of transfers the following day before 12nn.
3. Deposit pick up Arrangement
– Scout for available bank who can cater Deposit Pick Up agreement with station which are scheduled to be open within the following days:
**New station- 45 days prior to station opening or 15 days upon opening
**Take Over station- 45 days upon notification
4. Maintains reports and documentations
– Provides and ensures transmittal of bank statements with online access on a monthly basis
– Performs reconciliation for all SEAOIL Philippines Incorporated (SPI) and affiliates check disbursements and debit transactions not pertaining to credit and trade
– Safe keep collateral documents for dealers and key accounts.
– Send monthly report for Family Fund.
5. Payment for government payable
– Releases payment for government payable (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) every 10th of the month.
6. Oversee work of Treasury COCO Payable Staffs
– Ensure that mother accounts for check disbursements are funded prior release of checks.
– Check and verify all Operating Expenses (OPEX) Disbursement cheques.
– Documents related to banks are properly coordinated and checked prior signature of signatories.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Banking and Finance or any business-related courses
– At least 2 years of supervisory experience is REQUIRED for this position.
– Must have background in SAP and/or Oracle.
– Required competencies: attention to details, people management, customer orientation, planning and organizing, and problem solving skills
– Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
– Can start ASAP
