QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Solid background in Disbursement, Cash Positioning, and Treasury.
Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule.
Amenable to work at McKinley Hill, Taguig City
JOB SCOPE:
Ensure and review funding of day to day operational requirements of the entities; review foreign currency transactions and hedges, interest and loan payments as well as review short-term investment of funds to ensure optimum return on financial assets.
Ensure strict compliance to all the financial obligations and loan covenants including completeness of all documentary requirements to ensure business continuity and fluidity of transactions.
Ensure the accuracy and timely processing and disbursement of payment due to trade or non-trade suppliers, service providers, critical payments (for e.g. power, payroll), loan creditors, employees and account funding to meet financial commitment and to avoid default situations.
Ensure funds collected from all sources are properly accounted for and deposited intact in the entities’ depository accounts and ensure timely issuance and distribution of manual official receipts to customers through all sales branches as necessary.
