Campaign Optimization Manager – Volenday

Job Description & Requirements
Role Overview:
This position involves mentoring a team which supports client/account manager that uses AdWords/ Analytics for their online campaign set up. You will be acting as the Subject matter Expert (SME) for a team which is responsible for end to end management of the Ads from requirements gathering, to analyzing and managing campaign management activity. The team you will be mentoring will constitute of campaign optimization managers, who will be point of contact for campaign performance support, reporting needs, and partnering with internal project teams to ensure optimized campaign performance. The team will be supporting APAC based clients / customers and therefore native level (spoken & written) language proficiency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
● You will be accountable for team’s performance in optimizing client’s dynamic remarketing campaigns and Tag and Feed setup and maintaining a very high level of quality of implementation and quality of service
● Optimization team will coordinate with the tag implementation team to check on DRM tag implementation before the campaign is setup or optimized
● Team will analyze and monitor campaign performance as agreed in the workflow to determine adherence to the budget and performance goals
● Team will generate reports using product (Google Analytics/Google AdWords) to analyze data on campaign performance
● Optimization SME will be responsible for effectiveness in communication of the team that they support, whilst the team members communicate campaign progress and performance against budget and performance goals to relevant stakeholders via email and video conference
Key Skills and Experience:
● 5- 8 years of extensive experience in campaign management using Google AdWords
● 1-2 years of client facing experience and 1-2 years of team management (direct people management or team support experience)
● Certified on online advertising platforms – Google AdWords, Google Analytics
● Exposure to Google Tools – Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant account
● Advance Adwords and Google Analytics product knowledge and ability to understand technical concepts
● Experience with using using Google Docs, Microsoft Excel (basic and advanced), Microsoft PowerPoint
● High degree of MS Excel proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and
Pivot Tables)
● Experience in troubleshooting online tag, and improving campaign performance
● Demonstrates comfort using email, chat client and video conference.
● Excellent communication skills
