Business Process Improvement Officer
Location: BGC, Taguig City / Alabang, Muntinlupa City / Cubao, Quezon City (Depending on the candidate’s skills and preference)
Job Type: Direct Hire; Full Time – Permanent
Salary: Open; Dependent on experience

A company regarded as a global leader in workplace Solutions Provider is looking to hire a highly motivated and hands on Business Process Improvement Officer who will develop policies and processes within the offshore and on-shore teams. This role’s purpose is to guarantee good quality of services and efficient governance. Furthermore, this person will implement a continuous process improvement – including performance and key metrics monitoring.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to: – Develop a design to implement an ITIL based 7 step continuous service improvement process across the Globe for the company’s IT infrastructure teams – Collaborate with the Global team develop quality policies and processes – Design and conduct induction & training plans

Candidate Specifications: – Ideally someone who has worked within a multinational corporation and/or a Global organization with background in process design & improvement for IT infrastructure and support – as well as experience in quality assurance or service measurement with at least 4 years prior experience – Preferably with an ITIL and Six Sigma certification
