Business Development Manager – Metro Manila – Noise Consulting Group Asia-Pacific Inc

Job Description / Requirements
The Business Development Manager shall:
• Support recruitment activities to fulfill client’s staffing requirements. This may include reviewing candidate resumes and profiles and making sure they are up to date and accurate with the resource experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team, subject-matter experts, and company leadership required during the sales process.
• Compiling and responding answers to due diligence questionnaires, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for new and existing.
• Drive the necessary approval and sign-off of the solution or RFP response on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences
• Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings
• Builds key customer relationships and identifies business opportunities
• Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, or other means of generating
interest from potential clients.
• Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. This also
includes calling on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions
and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs.
• Assist clients with their needs and provide them with additional services that are also offered in the organization.
• Develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide
feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the
company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new
markets
• Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates
• Prepare the cost model estimates by working with the different teams to deliver the defined scope of services
• Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal groups
• Work with teams including development teams, leadership, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
• Facilitates contract renewals and new work orders for existing clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
• At least 10 years of relevant IT experience on Software Development or Application Support, including 2 years of Project or Program Management experience and 2

years doing Business Development work.
• Have proven ability to establish a network or relationships and set-up meetings with decision makers and influencers at IT companies. Excellent communication skills across various levels in the organization
• Experience in creating and responding to bids, quotes or proposals.
• Experience in providing estimates, costing and pricing support
• Experience in creating and analyzing financial reports and statistics.
• Experience in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Experience in drafting or supporting contract creation like MSA, SoW or Interim

Agreements.
• Knowledgeable in creating and developing resource and staffing plans
• Design and architect solutions content that show what products or services are
being proposed and how they will be delivered.
• Capable of negotiating the terms of a service agreement, the rates, delivery and specifications with decision-makers.
• Good commercial sense with a fair understanding of cost, price and margin
• Willing to travel for short-term assignments/business travels.
• Highly motivated and can manage multiple tasks at any one time
• Flexible with work hours; Resilient and adaptable to constant changes
• Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills
• Must have good attention to detail

Preferred:
• PMP or ITIL Certification is a plus
• Paralegal or Contract Manager background is a plus.
• Preferred industry experience on Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, and
Telecoms
