Job Summary
This work involved Performance Management Reporting and Data Analysis. The candidate will design, support and maintain Key Performance Indicators to support Global Supply Chain Operations, and drive improvements in GSCO performance. The primary business domain to be supported is Supply Chain, including but not limited to Supply Planning, Order Management, Distribution and Transportation.

Responsibilities
• Supports Super Users in different Lexmark Business Functions especially on reporting techniques using SAP Business Inteligence (BI), Enterprise Core Component (ECC), Business Transaction-Codes and Business Objects
• Develops, analyzes and manages GSCO Strategy Scorecard
• Manages Benchmarking activities related to Global Supply Chain Operations
• Supports strategy and key Supply Chain initiatives
• Manages and analyzes GSCO Key Performance Metrics relative to customer metric, financial and supply chain fundamentals

Qualifications:
• Has BS Degree in any of the following: Accountancy, Business Administration, Engineering
• Experience in Business Process and Technologies
• Advanced knowledge and skills in using MS Excel including macro, Access, VB, SQL and AS 400
• Knowledge of any ERP system i.e. SAP, Oracle, JDE
• Knowledge in any reporting tools such as Business Intelligence (BI), SAP Business T-Codes and Oracle Discoverer
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an ERP environment with knowledge
• Visual Basic for application – programming and scripting is a plus
