Job Description:
>Plans, leads, organizes, controls and monitors the overall activities of the assigned Area
Franchisee network.
>Coordinates and communicates with the various support and operating units with regard to
assigned Area Franchisee’s concerns and issues including Logistics and Warehouse.
>Responsible for the attainment of store opening targets within the area at the agreed timetables
and schedules.
>Handles all the marketing responsibilities of the Area Franchisee.

Qualifications:
>Graduate of any 4-year Business course.
>Preferably female, not more than 38 years old.
>At least 5 years of working experience handling Business Development / Marketing in a Fast Food Industry.
>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence others and build relationships at all levels of the organization
>Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
