Job Description / Requirements
NORWEGIAN PACIFIC OFFSHORE, INC.

Is in need of:
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Duties and Function:
1. Performs clerical duties and other office management functions
2. Process / handles all government statutory reports, permits and other business requirements
3. Coordinate and provide administrative support to management
4. Performs duties as Liaison Officer
5. Willing to be relocated in Subic Freeport Zone, Olongapo City
6. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
1. Female
2. with 2 to 3 years experience handling administrative functions / office management / accounting works
3. knowledge in processing import / export documents a must
4. Initiative , detail oriented and with strong interpersonal skills
5. proficient in MS word, excel and other MS office applications
6. dynamic individual and good in oral and written communication
7. with good working attitude and can work under pressure with less supervision
