Duties and responsibilities:
– Prepares and posts job ads online – Assists recruitment team in hiring and screening of prospective candidates – Screens and select resumes for the clients’ requirements – Conducts screening of candidates on phone – Arranges and sends interview schedules to candidates Sourcing Recruitment Onboarding Background Check – Assists in researching additional posting
Job Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in administration work
Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management
Extensive HR process and policy knowledge regarding recruiting
Personal computer skills, including MS Office
With experience in documentation
Experience in HR and Recruitment (Required)
Excellent communication skills
