BRIEF DESCRIPTION
•Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management
•Maintain electronic and copy filing system
•Perform data entry and scan documents
•Assist in resolving any administrative problems
•Answer calls from clients regarding their inquiries
•Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy
•Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments

QUALIFICATION
•Bachelor degree required/ with accounting background is encourage to apply
•With or without administrative support experience
•Good in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
•Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
•Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
•Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
•Good research skills and attention to detail
•Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
•Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
•Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
