Job Description & Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a college degree in Bachelor in Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent. We are looking for an employee that desire long term employment. The candidate must also possess:
1. Organizational, leadership and good people skills
2. Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
4. Knowledge in DOLE Rules and Regulations
5. At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative position (experience in a human resources position is an advantage)
5. Integrity, commitment and dedication
