Your Bookkeepers Online AU is hiring Accountant for a Start-up Shared Service Centre.

Job Description:
– Client related responsibilities, such as, but not limited to: Accounting/bookkeeping (Sales/Receipts, Purchases/Payments, Expense reimbursements, GL), Reconciliation (Bank, Payroll, Balance Sheet), providing monthly financial reports to clients and processing payroll runs
– Communicate with the Australian team, as required, to resolve issues
– Assist the Head of Delivery as needed
– Handle other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
– Has the opportunity to spend 2-3 weeks in Australia working with practices and a sample of their clients and attending Australian-hosted training and education.

Job Requirements:
– Philippine CPA with 3 years or more of Accounting experience
– Exposure to Xero Australian accounting software is an advantage but not required.
– Demonstrated ability and experience in providing accounting services to a portfolio of clients
– Strong English – both written and oral to correspond with Australian clients
– Dynamic personality that can adapt to fast-paced growth environment
– Enthusiasm for continuous learning – Accounting, Technology and Business Processing Outsourcing
– Team-oriented and can work in ‘FLAT’ organizational structures
