Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities:
Implement approved staff schedule, effectively assign/distribute work to subordinate and coordinate work flow within the assigned branch/accordingly
Assist in developing, recommending and coordinating the implementation of new procedures to improve operational systems and processes.
Manage the sales performance of the store assigned; regularly motivate staff to consistently take pro-active initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the company’s policies and strategies.
Qualifcations:
Must have solid 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager handling fine dining restaurants, high-end casual dining restaurants or fast food chains
Must have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, superb management abilities, and extraordinary leadership qualities
Must have an excellent knowledge in restaurant operations
Must be a good team player
Must be physically fit to work
Willing to be assigned in Twin Lakes Tagaytay
