Job Description / Requirements
• Ensure smooth and efficient flow of operations and deliver the highest level of QSC at all times.
• Guarantee that the restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates.
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other department leaders to resolve service delivery or quality breakdowns.
• Ensure that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlet.
• Train and evaluate work performance of subordinates.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Technology, Nutrition & Dietetics, Business Administration/Management, Culinary, or any 4 years food related course.
• Preferably with 1-2 years work experience in a fast food restaurant
• Aggressive, passionate and with high sense of responsibility
• With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned in any branch within Metro Manila
