A. Job Descriptions
• Oversee’s and supervise’s daily operation of the branch assigned,
• Lead the branch in hitting monthly target sales and profits,
• Prepare, updates branch inventory reports,
• In-charge of staff scheduling, manpower planning, interview and employee discipline.
• Handle’s / attend’s to customer concerns inquiry or complaints,
• Conducts periodic employees performance appraisals identifying areas for development and training needs,
• Maintains the cleanliness, orderliness and well disciplined working environment.
• Promotes and sells products.
• Supervise the Cashier, Dining/CSA Staff, Baker, Topper, Mixer, TableMan/Pastry(BOH)
• Liaises with pertinent agencies;
• Overseeing stock control and receiving order
B. Job Specifications:
Female, not more than 35 yrs. old
Graduate of HRM, Business Administration, Management, Accountancy or any related course.
Computer literate, including MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PPT and etc.)
At least with 1 -3 years related work experience in Retail, Food & Beverage or Restaurant set-up.
Good in communication skills both oral and in written.
Possess leadership skills and Management skills.
Equipt in administrative tasks.
With pleasing personality and customer service oriented.
