Responsibilities
1. Implements proper use of raw materials, packaging and product handling
2. Prepares all kitchen equipment needed
3. Assists the Chef in food preparation
4. Maintains a clean and neat appearance
5. Proper sanitation and housekeeping
6. Strict implementation of standard procedures
