Responsibilities:
• Perform customer support services within the Company’s Customer Support and Airline Reservations Systems to ensure all service level targets are met.
• Assist and inform clients about the Airline and Vacation packages and products with the end goal of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Candidate must be College graduate (High school graduates and Undergraduates are also welcome to apply).
2. Average English communication skills
3. Amenability to work in Sucat
4. Willingness to work at night and in shifting schedules
5. No experience required.
