QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
1. Preferably Male
2. At least 27 – 35 years of age
3. Must be a graduate of BSHRM / Food and Beverage Services Management or its equivalent
4. With at least 3 – 4 years of experience in managerial level specializing in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service and Production or its equivalent
5. Must have leadership, good communication and problem – solving skills
6. Must be open – minded and flexible in any changes
7. Goal oriented and possess common sense, has high energy level and drive, confident, self-motivated, service oriented, motivator and people developer, good planner, creative, extrovert
and good communicator
8. Willing to work in flexible hours and can extend hours of working
9. Flexible to changes and has sense of responsibility
10. Must be willing to work in Cebu City
11. Must have a strong and pleasing personality
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Excellent in managing people, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
2. To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.
3. Ability to look at situations from several points of view; persuasive with details and facts
4. Delegate responsibilities effectively
5. To ensure that guests receive high quality service
6. High comfort level working in a diverse environment
7. To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with
8. Knowledgeable of tax and other government compliance
9. To be responsible for his or her own results
10. Can maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene health and safety of the restaurant
11. To optimize the supply chain and the use made of raw materials
12. Ensures that restaurant operate efficiently and profitable
