ECHOstore Sustainable Lifestyle is hiring ECHOstore Retail & Cafe Crew.

Job Description
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishments
• Show customers to their seats and present our variety of dishes and drinks
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Take orders and deliver them to the table accurately
• Advise on the best choices for each customer and answer questions
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Handle cash and card transactions with customers
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Work with other staff as a team
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

Minimum Qualifications
• 1 year working experience in retail and/or cafe
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, etc.)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Outstanding sales skills
• Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
• Good physical condition
